Book your Cold Plunge, Sauna, or Simulator sessions below using our scheduling system.

All bookings are managed through Mindbody. Select your service, choose your time, and confirm your session in just a few clicks.

Booking Tips

  • Plan Ahead for Recovery Services
    Sauna and Cold Plunge appointments must be booked at least 1.5 hours in advance to ensure proper temperatures are reached.

  • Weekend Bookings
    When booking sessions on Saturdays or Sundays, be sure to select the “Weekend” option when choosing your service.

  • Arrive on Time
    Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive on time to get the most out of your booking.
